Registration fee: $22; "Geezer" fee: $17 (age 50+)
Registration Fee is Non-Refundable
Registration is limited to 250 runners and will close at 5:00 pm, Thurs. June 2nd
Mail in registration must be postmarked by Sat., May 28th as Monday is a holiday, or you can drop the form off at the Goodwin Center: 23 Potter Road, Hampton, CT 06247 by Thursday, June 2nd

30K COURSE Update April 24, 2016
Cutoff times: There will be cutoff times in the 30K race. If you do not make it to the Gen Lyon's aid station by 3:23 or the Morey Rd aid station by 4:14 you will not be permitted to continue the race. You will get a ride back when you do get to one of these stations. This reflects an 18 minute mile. |

Warning: For those new to trail running be advised that trail running has the inherent risks of rocky and slippery footing with a significant possibility of trips/slips/falls. Please do not enter if you are not prepared to accept responsibility for yourself and these risks.
Post Race: There will be custom made commemorative Awards of the 3rd Goodwin Forest Trail Run for each finisher, and homemade apple pies (30K) and homemade zucchini bread (10K) for the M/F race winners (Open, Over 40, and Over 50). Refreshments will be provided for runners and volunteers.
Services: Water and snacks will be available at Aid Station locations as noted in Course descriptions and on Maps. Free primitive camping is available in the Goodwin Forest Youth Group Camping Area for pre-registered runners/guests only. There are cold shower and changing facilities for runners/campers. If you are planning to camp, please contact the Goodwin Center Director: Beth Rhines
Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to assist with day of run Registration, the Aid Stations, the Finish Line, providing directions at the Grand Junction, handling the finish line refreshments, and as a Sweepers on both course. All individuals interested in volunteering can sign up here.

Spectator Events!! Bring your families and friends! The museums will be open, several short hikes are being planned and a native plant sale will be happening (more details to come).
